In order to accelerate the track design process a decktop application was written to take XYZ coordinate data from Nolimits Coaster Simulator and prep the data to be imported into solidworks. Once In solidworks an additional VBA script creates the track geometry nessesary in a click of the button. Coaster track CAD design time was decressed from 10 minutes per track section down to 10 seconds.
